Studio (1pax): equipped kitchenette, sleeping/living area in one space and bathroom.
1100 € per month*

T1 (2pax): living/dining room, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
1500 € per month*

T2 (4pax): living/dining room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2  bathrooms.
1.800 € per month* 

T3 (6pax): living/dining room, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
2.000 € per month* 

*VAT not included

All apartments have their own terrace.

Included in the price:
- Water, electricity and central heating
- WIFI in public areas

Not included:
- Extra heaters
- Cleaning (mandatory at least once a week)
- Laundry 
- The apartment must be left in the same condition as it was letted. We provide a cleaning service.
